Is Laksana charged per user?

No. Laksana is charged per organisation and per location.
User capacity is included and scales with the number of locations you subscribe to.

our total user limit is calculated as:

Users per location × number of locations

Examples:

  • Basic (6 users/location) × 3 locations = 18 users

  • Advanced (20 users/location) × 2 locations = 40 users

A location is a physical site such as a condominium, building, outlet, facility, or worksite managed under your organisation.

A user is a person who:

  • Can log in to Laksana, and

  • Is authorised to submit messages to Laksana (e.g. via WhatsApp Direct Message)

Each authorised account counts as one user toward your organisation’s user limit.

You won’t be able to add new users until you:

  • Remove an existing user, or

  • Add more locations, or

  • Upgrade your plan.

Existing users continue working as normal.

This model ensures:

  • Predictable WhatsApp & AI costs

  • Reliable performance

  • Fair pricing as your operations scale by location

Users are added at the organisation level and can be assigned to one or more locations.
The total number of users allowed depends on your subscribed locations.

Yes. Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise plans allow multiple locations under a single organisation.

You’ll be prompted to upgrade to the Basic plan to continue uninterrupted operations.

On the Advanced and Enterprise plans, you can enable Organisation Custom Branding, which allows Laksana to reflect your brand across key touchpoints.

Custom branding includes:

  • Your organisation logo

  • Your organisation favicon

  • Your primary brand colour

These are applied to:

  • Admin & operator dashboards

  • Public record and report pages

  • Public knowledge base and support pages

  • Email notifications and reports

If no custom branding is set, Laksana will automatically use the default Laksana branding.

Custom Branding is not available on the Free or Basic plans.

Yes. Things Management can represent physical assets such as equipment, generators, vehicles, and machinery, as well as rooms and checkpoints. Each item can have its own QR code for logging, reporting, and inspections.
