How many users can I add?
Laksana total user limit is calculated as:
Users per site × number of sites
Examples:
Basic (15 users/site) × 3 sites = 45 users
Advanced (50 users/site) × 2 sites = 100 users
Where are users managed — organisation or site?
A site is a physical site, such as a condominium, building, outlet, facility, block, or worksite, managed under your organisation.
What counts as a user?
A user is a person who:
Can log in to Laksana, and
Is authorised to submit messages to Laksana WhatsApp Bot (e.g. via WhatsApp Direct Message)
Each authorised account counts as one user toward your organisation’s user limit.
What happens if I exceed the user limit?
You won’t be able to add new users until you:
Remove an existing user, or
Add more sites, or
Upgrade your plan.
Existing users continue working as normal.
Why does Laksana limit users this way?

What counts as a "site"?
Users are added at the organisation level and can be assigned to one or more sites.
The total number of users allowed depends on your subscribed locations.
Can I manage multiple sites under one organisation?
Yes. Basic, Advanced, and Enterprise plans allow multiple sites under a single organisation.
What happens when I exceed Free plan limits?
You’ll be prompted to upgrade to the Basic plan to continue uninterrupted operations.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes apply to your next billing cycle.
Do you support JMBs, vendors, and property managers?
Yes. Laksana is designed specifically for property management, facility management, contractors, and multi-site operations.
Why does Laksana not use WhatsApp Groups?
WhatsApp Groups are not designed for operational tracking. They create noise, missed messages, and no accountability.
Laksana uses WhatsApp Direct Message so every message:
Becomes a structured Work update or Issue
Is tracked by site, category, asset, and status
Can be audited, reported, and followed up
This ensures clean data, clear responsibility, and real compliance.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number or brand name?
Yes. On the Enterprise plan with more than 50 sites or more, you can use a Dedicated WhatsApp Business Number, where your approved brand name is shown to users instead of Laksana.Talk to our sales team to discuss further.

Can I apply my organisation’s custom branding in Laksana?
Yes. On the Advanced and Enterprise plans, you can enable Organisation Custom Branding, which allows Laksana to reflect your brand across key touchpoints.
Custom branding includes:
Your organisation’s logo
These are applied to:
Admin & operator dashboards
Public record and report pages
Public knowledge base and support pages
Email notifications and reports
If no custom branding is set, Laksana will automatically use the default Laksana branding.
Custom Branding is not available on the Free or Basic plans.
What does Assets Management support?
Yes. Asset Management can represent a facility, space, unit, or any physical assets such as equipment, generators, vehicles, and machinery, as well as rooms and checkpoints. Each item can have its own QR code for logging, reporting, and inspections.
