- Invite links, onboarding flows, and message-based guidance may be used to help users join or use the Service
- We do not sell message content for advertising
Your use of WhatsApp and other third-party messaging tools is also subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.
6. Public Pages, Share Links, and Direct Record Access
Some organisations may enable public helpdesk forms, secure share links, or direct record pages that can be opened without a full account login. Information exposed through those tools may be accessible to:
- The organisation operating that workspace
- Authorised users inside that workspace
- Any person who receives a valid share link or direct access link until access is removed, the link expires, or the link is disabled
Organisations are responsible for deciding what they share and with whom.
