How does pricing work?
Laksana is priced per organisation and billed monthly based on the number of sites (locations) you manage operations for. User capacity scales automatically with your sites.
What counts as a "site"?
A site is a single physical property, building, or location you manage operations for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan includes 5 users and 1 site, which is perfect for micro organisations and trial usage. No credit card required. You can also contact us for a guided pilot before committing.
What's included in each plan?
All plans include WhatsApp reporting, Smart Photo Watermark evidence, role-based access control, and email/WhatsApp/push notifications. Higher plans add unlimited work updates and inspections, full CMMS (assets, meter readings, work orders), SLA policies, custom branding, and priority support.
Can I add more sites later?
Yes — add sites at any time as your portfolio grows, billed per site per month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated automatically by Stripe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Annual and you pay for 10 months instead of 12 — about 17% off — on the Basic and Advanced plans.
Can I switch currency after signing up?
Yes — billing currency is set per organization and can be changed by contacting support.
