How does pricing work?
Priced per site. Every paid plan includes one top-level site, and each extra site costs the same as the plan: RM89 on Basic, RM149 on Standard and RM349 on Advanced. Each site brings its own users and WhatsApp credits. Example: three buildings cost RM267 a month on Basic, RM447 on Standard and RM1,047 on Advanced. Enterprise is priced for you after a demo.
What counts as a "site"?
Only top-level sites count: a building, a branch or a client site. Blocks, floors and zones inside a site are included and never change your bill.
Who counts toward my plan's users?
Only the people who work in your workspace: staff, technicians, supervisors, managers, vendors and clients. Users scale with your top-level sites: 10 per site on Basic, 25 on Standard, 50 on Advanced; Start has 5 for the whole workspace. Payers, donors, residents and people who report through your public page never count and are unlimited on every plan, Start included.

What's included in each plan?
All plans include WhatsApp and Telegram reporting. Telegram messages are included on every plan; WhatsApp notifications are metered against credits, and every paid plan includes credits for each top-level site, so the Start plan reports in over WhatsApp but sends its notifications by Telegram, email or push. Every plan also includes photo stamps with time and site, plus GPS when the phone shared a location at check-in or on that event, role-based access control, facility bookings with online payment, and Collections for billing and receipts. Paid plans add unlimited work updates and inspections; Standard adds your logo on bills, receipts and the resident portal, teams and an audit trail; Advanced adds a full CMMS (work orders, manual meter readings, inventory and failure codes) and priority support. Every plan can also send Campaigns (WhatsApp, email and Telegram broadcasts), paid per message.
Is a branded WhatsApp number included?
It's an add-on, available on request. Our team sets it up for your workspace.
How do WhatsApp credits work?
Monthly credits expire; purchased credits stay on your account. Paid plans include WhatsApp credits for every top-level site, every month: RM10 per Standard site, which covers about 100 messages at RM0.10 each. Included credits refresh monthly and expire with the month; credits you buy stay on your account until you use them. Included credits are used first, then purchased credit, and your Credits page shows the two separately. Email, Telegram and push notifications cost nothing.
Can I pay with FPX?
FPX for credits; card or invoice for plans. Yes, for MYR credit top-ups: pay by FPX online banking or card. Monthly and annual plans paid by card renew on that card. Invoice-billed plans are paid by bank transfer, per invoice.
Which payment gateways do you support, and how does payment work?
Payments settle directly into your own account. You bring your own payment gateway (Billplz, CHIP, Fiuu, Stripe or Airwallex) on every plan, including Start, and it covers BOTH facility bookings and Collections billing. Payments settle directly into your own gateway account. Laksana charges your plan subscription only. You can also accept payment at the counter or by bank transfer with a slip, and you can enable more than one gateway at once and let the payer choose. Between them they cover FPX, DuitNow QR, cards, the Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay e-wallets through Fiuu, and Alipay and WeChat Pay through Airwallex.
Which gateway should we choose?
If you are collecting in Malaysian Ringgit from Malaysian payers, Billplz or CHIP are the usual choice: they lead on FPX and DuitNow QR, which is how most residents and applicants actually pay. Choose Fiuu if many of your payers reach for an e-wallet: it adds Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay to FPX, DuitNow QR and cards. Choose Airwallex if you bill in more than one currency or take payment from outside Malaysia; it also adds Alipay and WeChat Pay. Stripe suits card-first audiences. You open the account yourself and paste the keys into Laksana, so you keep your own merchant relationship, your own rates and your own settlement times, and you can change your mind later without moving any of your data.
How do refunds work?
You issue the refund in your own gateway's dashboard, because payments settle directly into your own gateway account, and then you record it against the booking or bill in Laksana so your records and your bank agree. We deliberately do not fire refunds automatically through the gateway API even where the gateway allows it: refunding public money should be a decision somebody makes, not something software does on a status change. One thing worth knowing before you choose: Billplz has no refund API at all, so a Billplz refund is always a manual bank transfer.
What is Collections, and what does it cost?
Included on every plan. Collections issues bills to your residents, members or tenants, takes payment online, and produces a numbered official receipt for every payment. It is included on every plan, including Start, and you can bill as many payers or residents as you need. As with bookings, you bring your own payment gateway and the money settles directly into your own account.
What is the difference between standard and priority support?
Standard support is included on the Start, Basic and Standard plans and replies within 24 hours on business days. Priority support is included on Advanced and Enterprise and replies the same business day. Both are handled by our Malaysia-based team in English and Bahasa Malaysia: priority moves you to the front of the queue, it does not give you a different team.
Can I add more sites later?
Yes, add top-level sites at any time as your portfolio grows. Each extra site costs the plan's price per site and brings its own user capacity and monthly WhatsApp credits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change plan at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated and invoiced now. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current paid period. You keep your current plan's features until then, and the lower plan's price starts from your next billing period. You can cancel a pending downgrade before that date. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Switch the toggle above to Annual and you pay for 10 months instead of 12, a 17% saving, per site, on the Basic, Standard and Advanced plans.
I am an existing Basic customer. Does my price change?
Existing Basic customers keep exactly what they pay today, RM89 per site, for 12 months, with Standard's limits and features. No existing customer's bill goes up without a 12-month hold and 30 days' notice.
What does Enterprise cost?
Enterprise is tailored to you after a demo: many workspaces under one contract, billed by invoice, with limits and WhatsApp rates agreed with you. Book a demo.
Can I switch currency after signing up?
Yes, billing currency is set per organization and can be changed by contacting support. Plans are priced in Malaysian Ringgit, Singapore Dollar, US Dollar, Indonesian Rupiah, Euro, British Pound and Turkish Lira. Each currency has its own fixed price list.
