Define the check
Build the checklist, decide whether photo evidence is mandatory, set the frequency, and set a completion target in minutes if the check has one.

Attach it to what it covers
Apply the template to the specific assets and areas it governs. Each attachment generates its own occurrences, each with its own due date.

Complete, verify, keep
Field staff complete the checklist with evidence. Where you require verification, a nominated role reviews and approves or rejects it before it counts as done.
