GPS-Watermarked Evidence
Every Photo Comes with Built-In Proof
When your facilities or field team sends a photo via WhatsApp, Laksana automatically watermarks it with a timestamp, GPS coordinates, and the submitter’s name. No extra steps. No separate check-in app. Just proof that the work happened, where it happened, and when.
"Did the Work Actually Get Done?"
This is the question that creates friction between service vendors and clients, between supervisors and field teams, and between management and operations staff. Without clear evidence:
Automatic Watermarking on Every Photo
Team sends a photo in WhatsApp
Field staff capture a photo and send it via WhatsApp — the same way they already share updates.
Laksana applies the watermark automatically
Every photo is watermarked with: Timestamp (exact date and time), GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), and Submitter name (who sent the update). On Advanced and Enterprise plans, the location name and address is also included.
Evidence is stored with the record
The watermarked photo is attached to the corresponding work update, or problem report and accessible from the dashboard.

What This Means for Your Operations
Proof without extra work
Your team doesn't need to "check in," open a separate app, or fill in forms. They just send a photo.
Fewer disputes
All issues are recorded and categorised, making it easy to generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports for management committees or AGMs.
Client-ready records
Share watermarked evidence directly with clients or include it in reports.
Immutable evidence
Watermark data is captured at the time of submission and cannot be altered afterwards.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my team need to do anything different to get watermarked photos?
No. The watermark is applied automatically when a photo is sent through WhatsApp to Laksana. There is no extra step.
Can the watermark data be edited after submission?
No. The timestamp, GPS coordinates, and submitter information are captured at the moment of submission and stored immutably.
What if the team member's GPS is turned off?
If GPS data is not available from the WhatsApp message, the watermark will include the timestamp and submitter name, but GPS coordinates will not be shown.
Is the location name included?
On Advanced and Enterprise plans, the watermark includes the location name in addition to GPS coordinates, timestamp, and submitter name.
