They browse and book
A public catalogue on your own domain, with photos, rates, availability and directions. No app to download, no account to create.

Your officers approve
One queue, oldest first, with the conflicts flagged before anyone clicks approve. Multi-step approval chains where you need them.

They pay online
FPX, DuitNow QR or card through your own Billplz, CHIP, Stripe or Airwallex account — Alipay and WeChat Pay included. The slot is held while they pay, and released the moment they don't.

The paperwork prints itself
A numbered official receipt with the amount in words, on your letterhead. Councils, schools and universities get the approval letter with their own reference number too. Both filed, both verifiable from a link.

The cleaning work order is already raised
The booking that made the mess opens the job that clears it — assigned to your own team or your own contractor, with photo evidence on completion.

Conflict prevention is enforced in the database, not by staff discipline. Half-day and hourly bookings that overlap are caught, not missed.
