How It Works

Connect each person, bind each group to a site, then work from the chat.

Connect Telegram
Link or QR, no phone number. Each person opens My Profile → Connect Telegram and taps the link or scans the QR code. The link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes.

Bind a Group to a Site
One group per site. Add the bot to a Telegram group and bind the group to a site in Settings → Channels. Everything the team reports in that group is filed against that site.

Report and Act
Photo in, reference out. Send a photo with a caption and the bot files a work update or an issue and replies with its reference. Tap a button on a notification, such as Acknowledge, to update the job.

A Menu in Their Language
Type / to see the commands. The menu follows the Telegram app's language: English, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, Thai, Tagalog, Turkish, Vietnamese or Chinese. Plain words like "myissues" or "menu" work too, the same words as on WhatsApp.
Replies That Update the Job
One tap or one word. Tap a button on a notification, or reply to it with Done or In progress, and the job is updated. Edit a message you sent and the record the bot created takes the new text.

Branded Telegram Bot
Advanced plan. Create your own bot with BotFather, paste its token in Settings, and your team chats with your bot's name.
WhatsApp Helpdesk
Same words, both apps. Commands like "myissues" and "menu" work the same way on WhatsApp.
Work Updates
Photo in, record out. A captioned photo becomes a work update, and the bot replies with its reference.
Issue Reporting
Filed against the site. An issue reported in a bound group lands on that site's record.
