Deposits and full rental paid by FPX, DuitNow QR or card. Runs on your own payment gateway, so collections settle directly into your own account.

A formal approval letter and a numbered official receipt, both on your letterhead, both filed and verifiable from a link.

Raise a billing run from your own roll
Upload the ratepayer or tenant list you already keep, check the totals, and issue. Nothing goes out until an officer confirms it — a bill sent in error is a counter queue you cannot take back.

Ratepayers pay without coming to the counter
FPX, DuitNow QR or card through the council's own gateway, so money settles into your account. Counter and cheque payments are recorded against the same bill.

Reminders come from the council, not an officer
Before the due date, on the day and after, in wording the council approved, in Bahasa Malaysia. They stop the moment payment arrives.
