Contractor Dispatch
Plan the week on a board, not in a chat group
An issue that needs a job done becomes a work order you approve, schedule and follow to completion — on a list, on a board, or on the calendar. A contractor opens a link you share and needs no login. Available on Advanced and Enterprise.

The problem
The job list lives in a chat group. Nobody can tell what is approved.
Chiller bocor kat plant room L2, boss dah approve ke belum?
Approval is a thumbs-up. A sign-off buried in a group thread cannot be filtered, and nobody can say later who approved the job.
Vendor kata boleh datang esok, pukul berapa?
Nobody owns the window. Two contractors turn up for the same lift, or none turn up, because the start time was a guess in a message.
All done boss 👍
Done has no proof. A job closes on a thumbs-up, and the notes and photos are scattered across three phones.
How it works
From issue to closed job. Every step leaves a record.
1
Raise and approve
Request, then sign-off. An issue that needs a job becomes a work order. Someone with the approve permission approves or rejects it, and a rejection asks for a reason.
2
Schedule a window
Start and end. A job is only Scheduled once it has a start and an end, and it shows as a block on the calendar.
3
Dispatch and complete
Link, not login. Share the work order on WhatsApp; the contractor starts the job, holds it or completes it with notes and photos from their phone.
What the board gives you
A list with a tab for every step
Every step, one tab. The Work orders list opens on everything still open, with a tab for each step from Requested to Closed, one for what is assigned to you, one for your team and one for jobs with an outside contractor. Each row shows the site and asset, the window, and turns red once the job is overdue.
An approval queue
Sign-off in one go. Jobs that need a sign-off wait on an Awaiting approval tab. Someone with the approve permission ticks them and approves or rejects in one go; a rejection asks for a reason, and every move lands in the job's history.
A board you can move jobs across
Seven columns. Seven columns, one per step. Drag a card to the next column — or tap Move… on a phone — and the same form opens as from the list, so a step that needs a window or a reason still asks for it. A move that is not allowed shows a notice and nothing changes.
A scheduling window, not a guess
Window before Scheduled. A job is only Scheduled once it has a start and an end. Schedule many jobs at once, and see them as blocks on the calendar, with a day view that has one column per technician. Drag a block to reschedule it.
A contractor link, no login
Revocable link. Share a work order from your own phone in one tap, on WhatsApp, and the contractor opens the link. From their phone they can start the job, put it on hold and complete it with notes and photos. The link stops working when you reassign the job or revoke it, and expires 30 days after the job is completed, closed, rejected or cancelled.
Contractors see only their own jobs
Scoped by assignment. A contractor with a console login sees the jobs assigned to them or to their team, and nothing else. Print a job card for the site: the tasks with a tick box, the window and a sign-off line. A vendor who prints a job card sees no costs.
Works With
Where a work order starts and ends
Issue Reporting
Where it begins. A fault raised over WhatsApp or a QR scan becomes the work order.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled jobs. Recurring maintenance raises work orders on its own timetable.
GPS-Watermarked Evidence
Proof on completion. Completion photos carry time, location and site name.
Reports & Share Links
Client-ready output. Job activity for a period as a PDF, an Excel file or a share link.
