If you think you have found a security issue in Laksana, we want to hear about it. Thank you for taking the time.

How to report

Email security@laksana.ai.

What to include

• What you found and where (the page, feature or address).
• The steps to repeat it.
• What you think someone could do with it.
• Screenshots or a short recording, if they help.
• How you would like us to credit you, if at all.

Testing safely

• Test only with accounts you own.
• Keep to the minimum needed to show the issue, and stop once you have shown it.
• Tell us before sharing the details with anyone else, so we can fix it first.

Keep it safe for everyone

• Keep testing technical. Phishing or other social engineering of our team or customers is out of scope.
• Keep the service fast for everyone. Load tests and denial of service are out of scope.
• Send sign-ups, emails and messages only to addresses and numbers you own.
• Work only with your own data. If you reach someone else's, stop and tell us.
